Payment and Shipping

We call you first

Every piece is made to order by a named goldsmith. Before any work begins we call you to confirm the design, the metal, the stone grade and the price. Only then does your order go to the artisan.

Shipping

• Delivery is free. Shipping normally costs ₹1,050 and we cover it, on every order, with no minimum value.
• Your piece is ready for dispatch within 3–5 days of the confirmation call.
• Under normal conditions, expect delivery within 4–15 business days in total.
• Made-to-order pieces need additional manufacturing time, which extends that. Check the product page for its processing time before you order.
• If an item turns out to be unavailable, or we hit a problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you within 5 business days with alternatives, a back-order option, or a full refund.
• For urgent delivery, call us and we will tell you what is possible.

Payment

All payments are made in Indian Rupees. Card payments are processed through a payment gateway under the terms agreed between you and your issuing bank; online bank transfers run through the gateways your bank provides.

We may ask for supporting documents to verify ownership of the payment instrument used, to keep the marketplace safe.

SONIJI YTS is a marketplace. Delivery, dispatch and the other commercial terms are a contract between you and the artisan you buy from; our payment facility exists to complete that transaction and is not a banking or financial service.

Returns

Forward and reverse shipping charges are not refundable on a return, and a pickup fee applies. The full terms are on our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation page.
