We call before we accept your order
Every piece is made to order by a named goldsmith, so we speak to you before any work begins. We confirm the design, the metal, the stone grade and the price with you on the phone, and only then does the order go to the artisan.
That is also why you will not find a disclaimer on this site telling you the price might change. The price you see is the price we honour. If anything about your order needs to change, you will hear it from a person, not discover it on an invoice.
Want something made differently?
Use Bargain on any product page to talk to the goldsmith directly about the design, the metal, the stone grade or the price.
