Easy Returns
Every piece is made to order by a named goldsmith, so a return is not the same thing as sending back a shirt. Here is exactly what happens, and exactly what it costs, with nothing buried.
You have 3 days
Return or exchange any piece within 3 days of delivery, in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Start it from your order — select the items, click Return, give a reason — or call us on +91 90019 87011. We review within 2–3 business days and arrange the pickup.
If the fault is ours, it costs you nothing
Damaged in transit, the wrong item, or a genuine design defect — we exchange or refund it free of charge once it passes our quality check. The ₹800 pickup fee is waived in all three cases.
If you simply changed your mind
Then some of the cost is real, and we would rather say so up front than surprise you:
- A ₹800 pickup fee applies.
- Forward and reverse shipping are not refundable.
- Because your piece was made for you, the artisan's making charges are deducted.
Three ways to take your refund
- Store credit — the full product value, as a discount code for your next purchase. Nothing is deducted for processing. If you plan to buy again, this is plainly the best of the three.
- Back to your original payment method — 3% is deducted for bank processing.
- Bank transfer — 3% is deducted for bank processing.
Once we have the piece back in original condition, your refund completes within 10 days.
What is not a defect
Small variations in stone colour, texture or oxidation come with handcrafting, and silver darkens naturally over time. Neither counts as a fault — they are what makes a handmade piece its own rather than a copy.
