Return Policy

At SONIJI YTS PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Easy Return policy is designed to give you peace of mind and confidence when shopping for accessories and lifestyle products on our platform.

In considering our return process, it's important to recognize that each product is a unique creation, meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. The crafting process for each item can span from one to two weeks or possibly longer. It's also worth noting that variations in stone color, texture, or the degree of oxidization are not uncommon; rather, we view these characteristics as elements that enhance the distinctiveness and allure of our offerings, effectively making each piece a bespoke treasure.

To initiate a return, please adhere to the following directives:

  • Ensure readiness of your Order ID and contact information (either email ID or phone number).
  • Navigate to the specific order, identify/select the items you wish to return and click Return and mention the appropriate reason.
  • Complete the registration of your request. This finalizes your submission.
  • Our Support team will review your request within 2-3 business days, and you will receive further communication regarding the pickup of your product and refund status.
  • You can return or exchange any product within 3 (THREE) days from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Within (10 days) of receiving the return product in original condition, the refund process will be completed.
  • Applicable making charges will be deducted from the Order amount given that each item is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans and is not a product from factory produced inventory! However, before you go that route, please do reach out to us and let us know your reason to return the product.
  • Please note that forward shipping charges are non-refundable, which most likely would not have been levied to your order.

We offer the following refund options:

  • Store Credit: The full product value will be refunded to you in the form of a discount code, applicable for your next purchase.
  • Refund to original mode of payment: A handling charge of 3% will be deducted due to associated bank processing charges
  • Bank Transfer: If you prefer a bank transfer refund, kindly provide your bank details through the Returns portal. It is imperative that the information provided is accurate, as we will not be held liable for reissuing refunds for incorrect bank information. A deduction of 3% will be applied to cover bank processing charges.
  • Exceptions to the above include waiving the INR 800 pickup fee under the following circumstances: damage in transit, receipt of incorrect item, or significant design defect in the product.

Non Refundable: Please note that the following cases do not qualify as design defects:

  • Minor color or design variations: These are inherent to the handcrafting process and are beyond the control of our craftsmen.
  • Darkening of the product over time: Natural oxidation is a characteristic of silver metal and is influenced by various climatic and storage conditions.

Refund Policy for International Orders:

In the event of receiving a damaged product upon delivery, kindly notify us within 48 hours along with a picture of the damaged item. We will work together to find a mutually agreeable solution to resolve such issues.

Please note the following restrictions:

  • No exchanges or refunds for size or fit issues. If you have concerns regarding size or fit, please consult our team prior to placing your order for assistance.
  • Refunds will not be granted for refusal to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery, as mandated by your country’s laws.
  • No exchanges or refunds for minor color or design variations, as these are inherent to the handcrafting process and beyond our control.
  • Should you require further clarification or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Quality Assurance:
All returns are subject to a rigorous quality check. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags. Failure to comply may result in denial of the refund or exchange.

Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Should you receive a product that is damaged or different from what was ordered, we offer a hassle-free exchange or refund process, free of charge, after passing our quality check.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, please reach out to our customer service team at help@sonijiyts.com, +919001987011. Follow the instructions provided for packaging and returning the item. Please keep the return tracking number for your records.

Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled or modified at any time before they are shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once the shipment request has been raised. 
If your order has already been charged to your credit card, debit card, or bank account, we will process a full refund immediately upon cancellation, minus any banking transaction charges incurred. Upon processing returns, labor and making charges will be deducted. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
